What is DirectFN Online Store?

DirectFN Online Store, formerly the Mubasher E-store is a convenient, comprehensive and a safe place to buy DirectFN Software online, using SADAD payment System. 

From the DirectFN Online Store, you can download and subscribe to the DirectFN product suite which helps you to make profitable investment decisions.

I am a new user, how do I create a DirectFN Online Store Account?

Creating a DirectFN Online Store Account is a part of the subscription process. After subscribing for our products, you are required to create an EStore Account which carries your product login details and your personal details. Keep in mind that you are required to create an Online Store Account each time you subscribe to our products. For more details on creating an Online Account, please refer How do I subscribe to DirectFN software? section in the Help.

Why is my e-mail address important for registration?

DirectFN Online Store uses your email address as its main method of communication. Our primary future correspondence will be handled through e-mail, please ensure that you provide us with an active and valid e-mail address. We do not distribute your contact information to 3rd parties and have strict policies protecting client information.

Please be vigilant to recognize any fraud emails representing DirectFN/Mubasher and report it to support-ksa@directfn.com if you have received such emails.

Why is my mobile number important for registration?

Provide us an active mobile number because we will be sending your password to this number. This is the password you should use in order to login to your subscribed product/s.

Note: You will receive different passwords for the different subscriptions.

I've lost my order. How can I recover it?

If you can't trace an order placed simply go to the Recovery tab to find what happened to your order.

  1. Click on the Recovery tab. This displays the Order Recovery page.
  2. Type the Reference Number you received when you configured the product. You can find this number on the Product Summary page.
  3. Fill in the other details in the Step 01 section.
  4. Click on the Submit button. If the submitted order details are correct DirectFN Online Store will send you the Recovery Code to your registered email address.
  5. Type in the Recovery Code you received in the Step 02 section and click on the Submit button.
  6. Complete the Product Login Details and Personal Details on the Purchase Summary page and click on the Recover button.
  7. You can download the product from the Product Download page. For more details, please refer What happens after I pay online? section in this FAQ.

What personal information about customers does DirectFN gather?

The information we collect from customers helps us to personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at DirectFN Online Store. Here are the types of information we gather. 

1. Information You Give Us: DirectFN Online Store gathers your personal information when you visit our site. Though you can browse this site without giving your personal information, we collect information after you subscribe for DirectFN products. At this time, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take full advantage of a vast set of features. 

2. Email Communications: Before configuring the selected product package, you are required to provide a valid email address as this will be our main method of communication. DirectFN will only communicate with you through email on one or more of the following instances: 
       a. To confirm any subscriptions you make to any one or more of the DirectFN products
       b. To respond to your customer service queries.
       c. To answer any other questions you may have about this site.

How do I subscribe to DirectFN Software?

1. Browse and select the package you’re interested in from our Store page
2. You’ll be redirected to our secure login page, where you will be able to configure the product package and proceed to pay
       a. If you do not already have an account you will need to create a new account registered under your email address and mobile number.
3. Once you have confirmed your order you will be prompted to use one of our payment methods to complete the transaction.
4. An email containing your license information will be sent to the one registered on your account

How do I renew my DirectFN subscription?

To renew your subscription, please login to your account through Investor Login, and proceed to ‘Subscribe to New Service’ in the View Subscriptions page.


1. Select your desired product, the markets you are interested in, the package, and desired period of subscription.
2. Subscribe as a Private or Business User.
3. After agreeing to our terms and conditions, click on your preferred methods of payment and proceed by pressing the ‘Pay’ button where you’ll be redirected to our payment provider.
4. Once complete, an automated confirmation will be received and your subscription will be renewed.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently DirectFN Online Store supports;


1. Mada Cards,
2. Visa/Mastercard Cards
3. SADAD

How can I make a payment by SADAD?

Using our Biller ID and unique address, go to your banking provider’s online service and proceed to pay using their SADAD portal. For further information on how to pay using SADAD, visit our Help section.

What happens after I pay online?

This is not the end of the process. As soon as your transaction is completed Online Store team will send you an email with the transaction summary. You will receive your product login password via SMS once you complete the Product Login Details section on the Purchase Summary page. In order to complete the subscription, provide us your personal details and click on the Submit button. Now you can download the subscribed product and enjoy the benefits.
